A Bless Someone Else Tea

“Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile.”—Albert Einstein

This month we have taken time to honor the special ladies in our life, whether it be a mother, grandmother, aunt or dear friend. Let us now turn and see who else we may bless in this day, this week and this coming month. We all have the same number of seconds, minutes and hours in our day. Wouldn’t it be nice to spend some of those minutes on someone close to us? Would it be possible to do the same for a complete stranger—someone we didn’t even know? (Read about it in the new Southern Seasons—12 Months of Tea-licious Recipes & Ideas.)

Here are a few ideas to get you started:

*Pack a picnic basket.

*Include your favorite tablecloth, teapot and beautifully matched (or mis-matched) teacups.

*A small selection of teas: black tea with orange, raspberry green tea, white jasmine citrus tea or choose your own favorite.

*Homemade cookies, muffins, or baked bread (Substitute for store-bought if you are pressed for time.)

*A gift, a flower, or a special hat to wear.

*A park, a garden, nursing home or assisted living facility.

*Call that special someone who needs your time and attention.

*”Are you free today? Let’s make a memory!”

Who will you bless with a special tea or a simple gift of your time? Make a plan and “Bless Someone Else” today!
